Chocolate-Commerce was created to help growing companies benefit from the experience and expertise of a highly experienced technology sales director on a flexible, affordable basis.
Over the years, we have helped many businesses achieve their goals and beyond, but many businesses needed maturity to take on our consulting services. Our CEO and Founder, Tina, has always believed that no matter how great your sales director is, a business will always benefit from a Founder who is involved in sales and understands sales. If your salespeople are away or sick, you won’t lose business.
From this belief, the idea was born to create a programme to enable start-up founders to perfect the art of founder-led sales through one-on-one consulting, training, video tutorials, tools, and resources, arming them with one of the most vital skills they can have throughout their business journey. Give a Founder a fish, and they eat for a day; teach a founder to fish, and they will never go hungry, so let's cast that net and grow!
Consulting
Courses and videos are great for understanding the processes required to create an engaged pipeline of qualified leads and moving them through to closed deals.
What you cannot learn or gain through training is the X factor in sales; we can only genuinely define your X Factor through one-on-one engagement. We can work through the obstacles, be it customer objections or mental barriers, that everyone faces at some point in the sales journey. We don’t just teach you; we support you all the way.
Our weekly consulting sessions are meticulously planned and designed to address your specific goals and challenges. Your time is valuable, so we aim to tailor the time to you rather than have a scripted call.
Tina Maia will conduct your 90-minute weekly sessions. There are additional access options, such as a Slack channel for founders looking for more support. Consulting sessions will review the results of implementing the tools and strategies from the online tutorials. We will discuss what’s working and what’s not, decide where extra support might be needed, and further curate your course to your needs.
The sessions will examine your goals and pipeline and analyse your campaigns. We will look at what can be improved and discuss what motivates you and what holds you back. We will do pitch practice and listen to call recordings (where permission was given) to give feedback and advice. We will have a Q&A session and set targets to achieve before our next session.
